1. Your purchase
The Path costs £288, paid in full. Your checkout shows the final amount, including any applicable tax, before payment.
Your purchase includes a 30-minute introductory Zoom session and a 90-minute reading approximately two weeks later; a personalised booklet exploring birth and current constitution; an acupressure routine; diet and lifestyle guidance; and a healing meditation delivered during the reading. The completed resources are yours to keep and return to.
Ongoing message support and ongoing-care packages are not included. Continuing afterwards is optional and requires a separate agreement.
Guidance is individual and outcomes vary. No particular health outcome is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our obligation to provide services with reasonable care and skill.
2. Preparation and documents
Keep 7–10 days of food, mood and everyday activities. Return your completed history, diary and requested forms to Hello@kat-chu.com at least 72 hours before your reading. Your preparation email gives the exact deadline.
For a private Google Doc, email to confirm completion and include your personal document link. You are responsible for submitting your documents; Kat does not chase missing forms.
If documents arrive late or are missing, the reading cannot proceed and a replacement date must be agreed.
One reschedule caused by late or missing documents is allowed without an additional fee. Each further reschedule for that reason carries a £50 fee, only where fair and proportionate to actual unrecovered loss. This is not duplicated with another charge for the same loss. Exceptional circumstances are considered individually.
3. Changing or missing appointments
With at least 24 hours' notice, you may rearrange an appointment without losing the session, subject to availability.
With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend, the affected session normally counts as used within your package. This does not forfeit the whole purchase. We consider emergencies and extenuating circumstances individually and may offer a replacement.
Late arrivals finish at the original scheduled end time.
Any retention of payment for a missed appointment must be fair and proportionate to actual loss, allowing for costs saved and any replacement booking. Statutory cancellation rights below take precedence.
4. Technical difficulties
We first attempt to reconnect or use a mutually agreed alternative.
If the problem is at Kat's end, the affected time is rearranged without charge.
If an unresolved problem is with your equipment or connection, the session normally counts as used, subject to fair application and consideration of exceptional circumstances.
For widespread platform outages or where the cause is unclear, we agree a reasonable replacement.
If Kat cancels, we offer a replacement without charge. If the service cannot be delivered, an appropriate refund is arranged for the undelivered part.
5. Cancellation of your purchase
We provide a 14-calendar-day cancellation period ending 14 days after the day your contract is entered into. You may cancel without giving a reason by clearly notifying Hello@kat-chu.com or the postal address above. You may use our cancellation form, but do not have to.
Before services begin, cancellation in this period receives a full refund.
We begin within the cancellation period only if you expressly request an early start. If you then cancel after work begins, any deduction is proportionate to services actually supplied up to cancellation, based on the total agreed price and applicable law. Without the required early-start request and information, we do not make such a deduction.
An early start does not immediately remove your right to cancel. The right ends on full completion within that period only where you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that consequence.
Refunds due following cancellation in the cancellation period are made within 14 days of notification, normally to the original payment method.
After the cancellation period, contact Kat to discuss ending an unfinished Path process. Payment retained will reflect services already delivered and any fair, evidenced unrecovered loss; the entire purchase is not automatically forfeited.
6. Allocation of the £288 package
Stage one — £144: the introductory consultation and substantial constitutional assessment and preparation, including birth/current constitution work as supported by the information available, pathway, selected points and draft routine, and preliminary diet and lifestyle guidance.
Stage two — £144: refinements informed by the completed history and Food & Mood diary, the 90-minute reading, healing meditation and finalisation of the personalised resources.
These are allocations of the full package, not automatic deductions merely because a call took place. If either stage is incomplete, any cancellation deduction reflects the work actually supplied, without double charging for preparation, missed appointments or late-document rescheduling.
7. Consent, privacy and questions
Separate consent is obtained before assessing health information or providing personal practices. You may ask questions or decline a practice. Personal data is handled under the supplied privacy notice.
Questions, cancellation notices and complaints can be sent to Hello@kat-chu.com. Keep a copy of these terms and your payment confirmation.
These terms govern The Path only. They do not establish payment, renewal or early-ending terms for a later ongoing-care package.
8. Consent to your reading
By agreeing to proceed, you understand that The Path uses a traditional Chinese medicine constitutional framework and tailored practices. You may ask questions, decline a suggested practice or stop a practice. Follow only the methods selected for you. Continue prescribed care and obtain appropriate advice if your health circumstances change.
Before health information is collected or assessed, we ask separately for explicit agreement to use it for your reading. Recording and transcription are also separate choices; general acceptance of these terms does not authorise them.
